InterContinental Singapore, an IHG Hotel

The location is fantastic but it is the staff/team that make this property truly exceptional. The team in the club lounge made our vacation so special and memorable that we cannot thank them enough. Every day they would go out of their way to to help us enjoy our stay and would always take the time to ask us how our day went. They made us all so welcome as though we were family. I do hope that I do not miss anyone out but I do want to take the time to say thank you to the following from the club lounge: Shortish Shrivastava Anna Lau Tan Hock Kim Joseph Yap Fatin Nur Aisyah Josiah Gwee Mohammad Syafiq Muhammad Alfaro Kamlesh Mishra Hai Chia Yi Xue Qi I would also like to thank Ronnie from the Concierge Team. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the management team at the Intercontinental Singapore. As previously stated our vacation was made extra special because of the kindness bestowed upon us by your employees. This is obviously testament to your recruitment, training and retention strategies. Having stayed in several 5 star hotels around the world, my family and I agreed that this is the best hotel that we have had the pleasure to stay in. Most 5 star hotels are generally quite similar but what differentiates your hotel is your staff. They are amazing in everything that they do. If I do visit Singapore again, I will not consider staying in any hotel other than Intercontinental Singapore. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet. Conveniently located for the MRT, which is just a short walk away. Breakfasts were amazing, so much choice! Staff were great - very friendly and helpful.

We were very happy to receive an upgrade for this special trip. The room was very large and well decorated. The beds, duvet and pillows were all very comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful whenever we had any questions. The interior of the hotel lobby was really impressive and clean. The location is excellent - Bugis is close to many interesting neighbourhoods, shopping malls etc. It was good to know that we could access gym, sauna and pool, though sadly we didn't have time to visit these.

Breakfast is perfect! Your front desk provided a satisfactory solution to an impromptu change in our travelling, for which we are very grateful!
