The location is fantastic but it is the staff/team that make this property truly exceptional. The team in the club lounge made our vacation so special and memorable that we cannot thank them enough. Every day they would go out of their way to to help us enjoy our stay and would always take the time to ask us how our day went. They made us all so welcome as though we were family. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the management team at the Intercontinental Singapore. As previously stated our vacation was made extra special because of the kindness bestowed upon us by your employees. This is obviously testament to your recruitment, training and retention strategies. Having stayed in several 5 star hotels around the world, my family and I agreed that this is the best hotel that we have had the pleasure to stay in. Most 5 star hotels are generally quite similar but what differentiates your hotel is your staff. They are amazing in everything that they do. If I do visit Singapore again, I will not consider staying in any hotel other than Intercontinental Singapore. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Beautifully decorated hotel, such warm, friendly helpful staff. Great location. We loved the charming classic decor with Asian influences. Loved the Lobby lounge, great ambience and offered light meals and drinks. Also the pool was great and we used this most days due to the humid weather. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Staff would always get us taxis and we’re always smiling.

Loved it! Stayed in the junior suite with access to club. All was excellent, location, comfort, club, staff… would definitely come back!

All staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Loved our room on the upper floors. Our first room was on 3rd floor and felt rather dark and air-conditioning was too noisy to sleep with.
