The location is fantastic but it is the staff/team that make this property truly exceptional. The team in the club lounge made our vacation so special and memorable that we cannot thank them enough. Every day they would go out of their way to to help us enjoy our stay and would always take the time to ask us how our day went. They made us all so welcome as though we were family. I do hope that I do not miss anyone out but I do want to take the time to say thank you to the following from the club lounge: Shortish Shrivastava Anna Lau Tan Hock Kim Joseph Yap Fatin Nur Aisyah Josiah Gwee Mohammad Syafiq Muhammad Alfaro Kamlesh Mishra Hai Chia Yi Xue Qi I would also like to thank Ronnie from the Concierge Team. Last but by no means last I would also like to say thank you to Lu Chun Xia who did an amazing job in servicing our rooms each day, always to an excellent standard whilst respecting our privacy. You are all fantastic people and Intercontinental should be proud to have you all as employees. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the management team at the Intercontinental Singapore. As previously stated our vacation was made extra special because of the kindness bestowed upon us by your employees. This is obviously testament to your recruitment, training and retention strategies. Having stayed in several 5 star hotels around the world, my family and I agreed that this is the best hotel that we have had the pleasure to stay in. Most 5 star hotels are generally quite similar but what differentiates your hotel is your staff. They are amazing in everything that they do. If I do visit Singapore again, I will not consider staying in any hotel other than Intercontinental Singapore. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

I have booked the hotel stay for my parents and they love it. My mother found the bed super comfortable and had quality sleep and rest during their 5 days 4 nights stay. They love the aesthetics of the room and also the amount of sunlight the room could receive. As is within Bugis Junction, my parents were able to enjoy the wide variety of eateries at convenience. The train station and bus stops are within radius of same mall. We are thankful to Mr Muhammad Azhar who helped my parents with their room, they couldn't climb steps well. We are also grateful to the folks who helped my mom at 3am on the last night of their stay when my dad slid off bed and fell in seating position. It was their last night of stay and wasn't expecting this but thanks to the kind service staffs of the hotel my mom wasn't alone and panicking. They had helped to call for paramedics as well to ensure my dad was ok. Very grateful for their kind help, my dad was ok and checked out well the next day. I am personally also very grateful to the concierge who helped call for taxi when I couldn't get any drivers from phone app. It has been wonderful with Bugis Intercontinental for my family, we look forward to staying here again.

We were very happy to receive an upgrade for this special trip. The room was very large and well decorated. The beds, duvet and pillows were all very comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful whenever we had any questions. The interior of the hotel lobby was really impressive and clean. The location is excellent - Bugis is close to many interesting neighbourhoods, shopping malls etc. It was good to know that we could access gym, sauna and pool, though sadly we didn't have time to visit these.

Beautifully decorated hotel, such warm, friendly helpful staff. Great location. We loved the charming classic decor with Asian influences. Loved the Lobby lounge, great ambience and offered light meals and drinks. Also the pool was great and we used this most days due to the humid weather. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Staff would always get us taxis and we’re always smiling.

It was a lovely heritage hotel in a great location , near 2 malls, Bugis St MRT station and many restaurants . I had an upgrade to a suite and it was lovely and spacious, decorated in peranakan style . All staff were friendly and helpful , particularly Lynn on concierge services and Chen Nai , the cleaner , who did a a good job in the room
