The location is fantastic but it is the staff/team that make this property truly exceptional. The team in the club lounge made our vacation so special and memorable that we cannot thank them enough. Every day they would go out of their way to to help us enjoy our stay and would always take the time to ask us how our day went. They made us all so welcome as though we were family. I do hope that I do not miss anyone out but I do want to take the time to say thank you to the following from the club lounge: Shortish Shrivastava Anna Lau Tan Hock Kim Joseph Yap Fatin Nur Aisyah Josiah Gwee Mohammad Syafiq Muhammad Alfaro Kamlesh Mishra Hai Chia Yi Xue Qi I would also like to thank Ronnie from the Concierge Team. Last but by no means last I would also like to say thank you to Lu Chun Xia who did an amazing job in servicing our rooms each day, always to an excellent standard whilst respecting our privacy. You are all fantastic people and Intercontinental should be proud to have you all as employees. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the management team at the Intercontinental Singapore. As previously stated our vacation was made extra special because of the kindness bestowed upon us by your employees. This is obviously testament to your recruitment, training and retention strategies. Having stayed in several 5 star hotels around the world, my family and I agreed that this is the best hotel that we have had the pleasure to stay in. Most 5 star hotels are generally quite similar but what differentiates your hotel is your staff. They are amazing in everything that they do. If I do visit Singapore again, I will not consider staying in any hotel other than Intercontinental Singapore. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Saying that my stay at Intercontinental was exceptional would be a serious understatement. Firstly, the location is fantastic! The hotel is just a stones throw from all the fascinating shopping options at Bugis (they have a door that literally opens up in to a mall). The breakfast buffet was very good as well. However, the most important differentiator for the hotel was the world class service! I have stayed at multiple hotels across Singapore, but the service I received at the Intercontinental was by far the best! Special thanks to the Head Butler Shirish, who went out of his way to ensure that our stay was memorable (including checking up regularly on us, providing us a complimentary early check in as well as late check out and giving us some great recommendations for shopping!) All in all, a truly memorable stay, and I'm glad I don't have to worry about selecting hotels whenever I visit Singapore in future :)

We spent a night in the Classic King Room at the Heritage Wing over the Christmas weekend. Quite pricey - $504 in total. Firstly, the hotel's location is a significant advantage, situated just a short walk away from malls and numerous dining options. Additionally, the staff we encountered were all welcoming! When we asked for 2 bottles of drinking water, the housekeeping staff arrived with 6 - a small yet thoughtful gesture. Besides that, The Breakfast Room actually provides a quite satisfactory buffet selection. We loved the creamy and fluffy scrambled eggs from the Egg Station, although the bacon was a wee bit disappointing. Last but not least, the bathtub was unquestionably an added bonus. A spacious bathroom somehow provides sense of comfort and luxury.

On the side table a glass on a linen coaster and a bottle of water was carefully placed and the angle of placement of the Ibottle was such to provide ease when sitting or lying on the bed. b. A white fabric was placed on the floor and bedroom slippers from the Hotel were placed on the same. c. The room had been adjusted and the bed was remade. d. The Hotel for any reason could not provide us the room at 3pm, so they upgraded us to a junior suite. e. I received the respect of being a IHG Club member. Now, in UK they clean rooms after 3days,as a policy.

Every aspect of the hotel was amazing. The friendliness of the staff is first and foremost. From the staff at the front door, to the front desk, breakfast crew, lobby bar staff and the chamber staff. Leaving our room in the morning, if a chamber person happened to be in the hallway, they would always have a greeting with a smile. As all the staff, anywhere, day or night. The height of professionalism!! Great location as most taxi rides were under 20 min wherever we went. Our son lives in Singapore and we were visiting him. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit, and won't hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you to all the staff for your efforts to make this a memorable stay!!
